My Goals:
My goals are:
to look good by increasing health to my skin, increasing better posture, and increasing my personal power within.
to feel good by fueling myself with good food,lifting my spirit with increased inner health, and soaking up positive self talk
and to increase energy and focus by taking in more oxygen and spending less time in bed.

My Program:
I'm eating well while allowing myself a day or two a week to relax while staying within guidelines.

I'm exercising daily, walking minimum of 20 minutes, strength training every other day, and throwing in cardio whenever possible.

I'm enjoying the journey and not forcing the fitness.

I'm a positive person living with and managing an incurable seizure disorder.

I've founded a charity named National Seizure Disorders Foundation ( soon to be non-profit)

I enjoy moments of Peace each day. A great stress management tool is to just sit and enjoy Peace. No noise, no thought, just quiet healing Peace.

Other Information:
Made the fantastic voyage from CA to TN in the mid 70's and have loved living in Tennessee every day since the move.

My passions include my life mate, Scott and my children( now grown) and grandchildren. Also included passions are raising awareness for seizure disorders and supporting fellow patients, reading motivational and inspirational pieces, listening to music, and creating peace in my everyday life.

Online support and friendships are important to me because I do believe I am the combination of those surrounding me. I am a spiritual person, easy to talk to, I listen without judgment and practice unconditional love for those receptive.

Getting to know me will enrich your life. I know this because others have told me. So take a step and reach out. We're all on this journey together creating a SPARK across America and beyond.

I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life goes on, and it will be better tomorrow. emoticon emoticon
I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights. emoticon emoticon emoticon
I've learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life. emoticon emoticon
I've learned that making a "living" is not the same as making a "life".
I've learned that life gives you a second chance. emoticon
I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands, you need to be able to throw something back. emoticon emoticon
I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. emoticon

I am not a "perfect person". emoticon
My hair "doesn't always" stay in place, emoticon
and I "spill" things a lot. emoticon emoticon
I am "pretty clumsy" emoticon
and sometimes I have a "broken heart", emoticon
"My friends" & I sometimes "fight", emoticon
and maybe some days "nothing" goes right. emoticon
But when I think "about it" and take a "step back", emoticon
I remember how "amazing life" truly is, emoticon emoticon
and that maybe, just maybe, I like being "unperfect". emoticon emoticon
