I am a mom of two teenagers. Married to my high sweetheart. I am tired of starting over so I am not going to anymore. I am re-committing myself to 10,000 steps per day, and strength training 3-5 times per week. I do not have a weight goal but a goal where I feel my best!

I am going to school at Kaplan University to get my Bachelor's in Health and Wellness. Excited to learn even more about the body and how to make it even better!

My Goals:
I want to be 120-130 pounds and become a personal trainer! I also want to support my fellow Sparkers and let them know they can do it!!

My Program:
I will exercise 5- 6 days per week for at least 60 minutes per day. I will also eat a heart healthy meal and drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.

I live in the West Valley of Arizona. I am originally from Nebraska. We moved to Arizona to be closer to my family and the nicer weather was a big selling factor. I love NASCAR & dirt track racing.

You go girl!! If there's anybody who can keep rocking the fitness while having tons of other stuff going on in their lives, its YOU! I've been really good, but I've allowed work and work stress to take over more of my life than I should. I haven't prioritized working out or being healthy, and I'm really excited to be making important again!

I know you missed the "deadline" for picks, but I hope that you still stop by & post your picks before the race starts... you will still get points for the picks, you just won't get the 5 pt bonus if your pick wins the race.
