I've decided to live a more gentle and kind way to others whether they be animals or people. I try to follow Weight Watchers but also I try to eat as a "Nutritarian"...only eating foods that are nutritious and as close to natural as they can be.

My Goals:
My goal....well, the first would have to be that I want to do some form of exercising EVERY day! Even if it's just a 10 minute video. I am smart enough (or should I say I have learned over the years) that THIS is the main key to living a healthy and active life.

My Program:
I'm journaling every day to keep in control of what I put into my mouth. I'm keeping in touch with all my Spark Friends and Teams and checking in daily. I am also exercising every day. I am a "nutritarian" who eats only beneficial foods to my health. I'm also trying to rope in my portion control issues.

Personal Information:
I am 52 years old and live in Springfield, MA. I love to be outdoors whether it's hiking, biking, walking, snowshoeing (not this year!), or relaxing in the yard with my friends and family! I love my life but am hoping I can get fitter so I'll be able to keep doing the things I love.
