Hey Terri my wife is training to be a medic. She's in AIT right now at Ft Sam Houston. I'm worried that when she gets out she may get attached to a unit that may get deployed. I'm proud of her but I'm not looking forward to the possibility of deployment. That can't be easy. Just curious what is Annie's MOS? A lot of medics are getting deployed from what I understand. She wants to stay in 10 yrs so our daughter can use the GI Bill later on. If she stays in 10 yrs it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when and how many times. I'm new to Spark People, it's cool. Helps me to track my calories and fitness goals. I'm glad I found the military family and friends team. Have a good weekend.

So, I got up and went to the gym this morning. I am a little tired, but I found that I hadn't lost all the fitness gains I had made, so in that regard it was good. You? How are you doing today?

Thank you for the words of encouragement. I used to workout everyday in some fashion, too. My goal is to get back to that point. I, also like you, enjoy putting on my iPod/music and walking (or cleaning the house with a little dancing going along with it). You've got a deal - I'll stick with getting back to moving/exercising daily.
