I Won't Complain :)

I am 24 and recently married. In my culture being curvy is desirable and for me that crossed over into over weight and eventually obese.
I was once a ballet dancer and considered to be very good at it but as adolescence kicked in and my weight gain grew I became less and less confident.
I have to admit I had a false scene of confidence because people would look at me and say why u want to lose weight your beautiful and for some reason I allowed myself to get more and more ...

I have seem my dreams of being a ballet dancer pass me by (who wants a old dancer) and it hurts me that I let go of something so precious to me ,BUT I have finally come to the point where I feel like enough is enough and I won't let my life pass me by . Wish me luck and blessings :)

My Goals:
My short term goal- is to be less than 200 lbs by July 9th 2010 my birthday

Long Term goal - be between 140-150 for the rest of my life

-Trying to work my way up to doing a full 40 mins cardio

- consistently drink min 8 cups of water

- not complain about my current status but press toward the ends


Goal

210- spend the whole day in a pool

My Program:
Trying to go vegan 80% I have no problem with meat but I realize my body feels better with a vegan lifestyle.

Every morning except Sunday-
20 mins cardio turbo jam & interchange between belly dancing , turbo abs and cathe' abs routine

Every afternoon except Sunday-
20 mins cardio turbo jam & interchange between upper body 20 mins , turbo sculpt 40 mins and lower body 20 mins

Other Information:
I'm not going to beat myself up but rather compliment myself. I'm not going to wait till weigh in day to say I don't what I did wrong I tried my hardest but instead try my very hardest and push myself to fatigue. I am going to win this. My only whole back is me .
