I joined SP in July 2014. I lost 34 pounds in 6 months and hit one of my goals at 134#. My ultimate goal is 125 to 130#. I have been on a gain loose streak since I hit my first goal. Gaining some back, losing some close to 140 (my new goal for now). I am struggling, but I know I can get through this. Eating healthy and exercising, as well as tracking and drinking water are all key components to this weight loss.
With the inspiration and encouragement from our SparkFriends, I know we can obtain our goals.

I too struggle to keep my weight down. I had lost 54 pounds but put on 6 pounds this past year. I still exercise and have started tracking my eating again. I know that when I stop tracking my weight creeps up so I will continue tracking ðŸ˜’. I am 53 and it gets hardet to keep my weight down as I age but I will keep going !
