I am glad you are sticking it out terri-this journey is not an easy one. while my weight loss goal is 30 lbs, the most important part will be keeping it off, long term. I found that going slow, sticking to work-outs as well as changing them up regularly, eating as naturally as possible, and blogging about the process has been extremely helpful.
