A NEW BEGINNING!!!
Hi my name is Terre...in 12/06 I decided I was tire of being overweight so I started dieting & exercising and lost 10 lbs. Then in 2/07 I found Sparkpeople. I started off with a bang...loosing another 30 lbs by May. Then things got harder with Summer but I still managed to eak out another -10 lbs by September. I hit 50 lbs lost then I just stopped!!! I slowly...well maybe not so slowly slipped back into my unhealth old habits. Before I even realized I had gained back most of it. ...

So here it is Jan 2011 IT'S TIME to start back into the healthy habits I've learned here on Sparkpeople and leave those old unhealthy habits behind once and for all!!!

My Goals:
Ok...Now that I hit the big 5 0... I realized I spent most of the first 50 years overweight. My goal is to NOT be overweight for the next 50 years!!!!!
My Program:
My plan is to track the food I eat so I stay within my calorie range. Then exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times a week.
Personal Information:
I live in Ohio with my husband and 30 LB bowling ball....I mean dog!!!
I have one son whose worked hard and is doing his dream job...a Police Officer near D.C.....I am so proud!!!
Other Information:
The things I love to do as you can probably tell by my pictures are Hunting, fishing & boating...but what I love best is sharing the adventures with my wonderful Husband!!!
I love my life...I am truely blessed!!!
