Avoid the winter depression!

Variety and moderation, Maintenance, Stress management: These are my new challenges.

Maintenance range: 54 - 52 - 50 kg / 119 - 115 -110 lbs

Current weight: 53.5 kg / 118 lbs (at age 31)

Heaviest ever: 75 kg / 165 lbs (at age 29)
Lightest ever: 48.5 kg / 107 lbs (at age 27)

Goal rewards:

119: one more piercing on each ear

I like sci-fi and fantasy books, movies and TV shows. I do a PhD in Cognitive Science. I am an animal person, and have two cats. I like metal, hard rock, classic rock, a little rock'n roll and a little bit of 80's and early 90's music. I have a cute/geeky/gothlike/slightly emo alternative street style that changes almost every morning.

My Goals:
1. Tone my body a little more
2. Maintain my weight loss and fitness level
3. Write up that PhD dissertation without botching goals 1&2.

My Program:
1. Consume lots of greens
2. Consume lean proteins (even if I don't want to)
3. Stick to this exercise routine as much as possible:

Monday: Tempo (Cardio dance class)
Tuesday: Yoga
Wednesday: Free Style Combat (Cardio kickbox class)
Thursday: Yoga
Friday: Pilates and Tempo
Saturday: Free Style Combat
