My Program:
Walk/Run - goal of 20 miles/week.

Log all my food intake. Set a weight loss goal of 1 lb/week.

Compete against myself in 5K events at least once per month to improve my time.

Slowly add running to my walking schedule so I can run a 5K.

Adding strength training to routine.

When it's over 100 outside, cycle, cycle, cycle!

Personal Information:
Reside in Lexington, KY.

Works at KY Transportation Cabinet.

Have a great husband and 2 wonderful kids who encourage me to become more fit.

Other Information:
Love Science Fiction / Fantasy books; watching my daughter compete in cross-country and watch my son play baseball or snare drum in marching band.

Oh, I'm so glad to see you are still sparking! I was worried that maybe your setback with the u/c had caused you to quit. So many ppl do... quit.
I am thinking of trying a 5K in Bardstown in Mid-March. I really need to start training again if I'm serious about it. I like how you have your races listed on your page. I will have to check some of those out also. As introverted as I can be, it would be great to see another sparker at a race!
