Time for me to get healthy!

I've been heavy all my life. I've lost weight only to gain it back and more. I now have a 2 year old daughter and I need to get in shape so that I can truly keep up with her and also set an example of healthy living.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose weight. But I'd also like to have more energy to keep up with my two year old.

My Program:
Going to start going to the gym and 'march' around the house with my daughter; she loves to 'march' (Thank you, Mickey Mouse!).

Other Information:
I love going to bible study with the ladies from my church, going to church, spending time with my husband and daughter, going to SeaWorld and the zoo, and photography. I also like to watch TV and Read.

Hi Teresa! Look at you, 5 pounds lighter on your journey and doing a lot more fitness minutes than last month! If you aren't super proud of that, you should be! Something tells me we are going to see great and surprising things from you...I just know it! emoticon emoticon
