CHANGE IS GOOD

I have been overweight my entire life. I have struggled and yoyo'd for years. I was at my thinnest 3 years ago, at 130 lbs, and I thought I looked great! My goal weight is 117 lbs (according to the BMI index). I have been researching it for ther past 4 months, and have read every article I could find, and haven't been able to find any negitive reviews!!! Everyone who has tried it has had success. I am doing it! This is going to be my LAST ATTEMPT. started the program on Feb 2nd, and am already seeing results! Anyone else doing this diet??? I would like to speak to those who are currently on the program.

My Goals:
My goal is to get into shape before Summer! I say this EVERY YEAR, and every year I fail. I promised myself I would not spend another hot Summer in long pants and hoodies! This will be the BEST SUMMER EVER!

My Program:
I have recently begun the HCG Protocol. I know a lot of people will be mad that I am doing this as some think it is cheating, but I've tried and tried, and being only 5' tall it SHOWS EVERYWHERE!!!!! This is my last resort. I have already had such success and have only been on the diet for 3 days! Don't be a hater! It's working and I'm sticking to it!

Good luck to you! I wish you all the best. Don't worry about the haters...you have to be true to yourself and do what is right for you! All you can do is make sure you learn the appropriate lessons along the way, so that you can prove all of them wrong! lol

I agree that hCG is definately not the easy way out. It is hard but soooo rewarding! This is the first time in many years that I think I might actually make my goal!

Thank you for your support. The reason I have asked for no haters, is because generally on this site I have seen a LOT of people who have very nasty things to say about hCG, I have read blog after blog and a bunch of message boards that put others down for "taking the easy way out". Believe me, the hCG protocol is DEF NOT easy. It takes a lot of motivation and will power. Which I found I actually had a lot of. I didn't know this before, and yes, it is a temporary solution to an on going problem that I hope in turn will afford me the neccessary skills to continue a healthy lifestyle. It has been a challenge and I am proud of myself for sticking to it, and ACTUALLY LOSING WEIGHT!

I wish you a lot of luck with your journey and I am not an hCG hater - I actually don't know whether this 'protocol' is geared to be a lifestyle change that you will follow for the rest of your life or if it is a 'diet/weight loss plan' that lasts for a temporary time.

Either way, it did strike me as odd that you would assume a lot of people would hate something that has had, according to your report, zero negative reviews and success for everyone who has tried it. How could anyone hate that? I hope you're not simply trying to convince yourself that you are doing the right thing because of a nagging concern inside your own brain.

Either way, I hope you don't take my comments as 'flak' because I do mean everything in the kindest, most loving and supportive way - I sincerely wish you well with this experience and hope it leads you to lifelong, lasting health.

I do understand that going on/off diet after diet is not the right way to do this and I actually believe there are many cases where a physical condition exists that may need some extra help, obviously combined with exercise and proper nutrition, in order to reach a point of healthy weight. I hope you have found the lifetime path to a better life for you.

Wow we have about the same to loose as 'shorty' gals! It is hard when short because it shows everywhere. You can do it and not be like me doing it over again at 56! BTW: I found Melatonin helps with the sleep...I get the under the tongue cherry from GNC! You found the right place to get help...get on the automatic emails...that helps logging into your point wheel and getting new info....
