It's those last few minutes and reps that make a champ!

Hey y'all. I'm 28 and finally mad enough to do this! I'm definitely not new to working out and nutrition - I've done it in the past but never stuck with it. I'm one of those people who love to read and research about something but when it actually comes down to doing it, I always procrastinate and either never end up doing it, or never stick with it for long. I'm so tired of looking back and thinking "man, if I only stuck with it, I would be at my goal by now!"...never again will I say that. ...

Thanks for commenting on my blog! 4.2 is great, but I wish it would have been 7 like you! It's okay though, I'm just going to do what I know works and not beat myself up. Weighing weekly makes me think exactly like you do lol. I'd think I have another week to weigh in and I'd just eat whatever and say "I'll just work it off tomorrow". Never worked for me. Daily is what works for me, but weekly could work for you. Like you said though, if it doesn't....go with what you know!
