My Final Weightloss Journey
I'm a 48 year old mother of 3 grown daughters. My girls are all grown and out of the house so as I see it, it's time to think of me! I have lost/gained weight all of my adult life and I'm really getting tired of it! I need to make a lifestyle change and stick to it. I hope to find new friends here so we can help each other with this journey.
