Loving Life Every Day Every Minute

Hi. I'm a 50+ woman, happily married with two wonderful granddaughters. I love my life.

My body is now happy at 165. It is an okay weight for me but I would like to take it down to 160. I have been down as low as 157. To stay in the 160s is work. And I am sometimes very lazy even though I enjoy working out.

I need challenges to keep me motivated. I am ready to see the 160s again on a consistent basis.

I'm at a "comfortable" weight right now, like you, and I am also trying to lower my weight some more - it's gets harder.
