Loving Life Every Day Every Minute

Hi. I'm a 55+ woman, happily married, recently retired, with two wonderful granddaughters. I love my life.

My body is now happy at 165. It is an okay weight for me but I would like to take it down to 160. I have been down as low as 157. To maintain in the lower 160s is work. And I am sometimes very lazy even though I enjoy working out.

I need challenges to keep me motivated. I am ready to see the lower 160s again on a consistent basis.

My Program:
Spring 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Personal Trainer, Circuit Training, Barre Fit and TRX for Strength Training a minimum of four days a week.

Rowing machine, elliptical, stairclimber and treadmill for Cardio a minimum of six days a week.

Personal Trainer 45 minutes once a week. Circuit Training 45 minutes twice a week. TRX 45 minutes once a week. Barre Fit three times a week.
