I lost 50lbs and gained 20 back!

I lost 50lbs on Weight Watcher's and now I have gained 20 back. I don't want to pay again to lose weight so...here I am on Spark People. I have struggled with my weight for years. I am ready to get this 20lbs off and keep it off for good! I am currently training for a half-marathon and this extra 20lbs is really slowing me down. I plan on adding wt. training to my current running program. I also already take a yoga class.

I am married with two grown son's. I recently converted to Buddhism. I follow a vegetarian diet. I am very interested in environmental issues and doing anything I can to help the earth.

As a Buddhist I feel I should be taking care of myself and staying healthy as I can. Losing weight would certainly impact my health in a positive way. If I am healthy and happy then I can help others more effectively. That is very important to me.
