If you are feeling stomach growly between meals, you may need to reduce time between meals with healthy snacks, increase the number of meals at lower calories throughout the day, add protien through out the day, add water, or reset your calorie settings.
As you continue on this journey - IF you change fitness setting, they change the calorie settings for you. IF you loose weight, you have to manually set it by going into the settings, select a different nutrition to track, and then go back to calories for a new calculation.
