Be on my last 15 pounds to lose by the end of December (no longer on schedule), which means transition to maintaining at the end of February. And try not to be so much of a weight-loss pest during the rest of the holidays.

Nope! Didn't get up until almost 10. Had a bad night . . . still awake at 4:15! I knew this was going to be harder than the no-eating-at-the-computer thing. It will be a struggle! I will be reporting about the computer goal weekly . . . unless I mess up . . . then I start over with it. But I am not going to mess that up! Have a great day!
The Up band is by Jawbone and tracks your sleep, exercise, etc. You wear it on your wrist like a bracelet. I use the Spark Activity tracker in all the water aerobic classes but found it was best tracking if worn on the band of suit under the armpit. I haven't had any problems using it in the water. There are problems with it not tracking all the time and if you stop for a few seconds (drives me nuts).
