    howdee if you are in nashville you might think of going over to jensens shoes on white bridge road and looking at having them fit you for a good pair of shoes generally with that rubbing business it is fit for sure and they don't sell you just shoes there they sit you down and stand you up and listen to the problem and FIT your shoes for sure my cousin had that problem and thats the only place she buys her shoes and are you on medicare yet?? that is another way to solve that problem by going to a podiatrist and getting a prescription for being fitted and the shoes are generally covered one pair a year on social security

    I have been having some trouble getting to the gym this week. Other obligations have been getting in the way. I have only been there twice so far, but will get there tomorrow. Monday is a difficult day to get a chance to go and Tuesday is iffy. With my sleep problems I can't go early or in the evening and that makes it difficult to fit in.
    On the other hand, I can walk faster and longer. I am getting stronger, and I am thrilled with that. emoticon

    Since I haven't exercised in years, I am not loosing right now, but I haven't jumped off the wagon. My eating is good but I guess I am putting on muscle. My weight remains almost the same (lost half a pound since I started at the gym). Hope to see some losses soon. emoticon
