30 year old striving to be the healthiest me I can be!
I'm a 30 year old woman who's been overweight pretty much my entire adult life. I started out at 206 lbs at the end of 2009. I used to have a goal weight of 145, but now my plan is more about healthy. If my healthy weight ends up being 145, great, if not I'll be happy if my body's happy. My plan is to eat clean most of the time, do a combination of strength training and cardio and be as fit as I can be.
