My Program:
Cut down on sweets and fried foods. Walk 3-4 days a week. Start the day with a balanced breakfast. Think positive and give more of myself to others!

I've moved to Wisconsin from Chicago 11 years ago and love it here in the countryside. English is my second language and I love the US!
Other Information:
I've always dreamed of traveling all over the world and learning about different cultures. I'm still waiting for that. Meanwhile, I find beauty and joy in the simple things of life. My family and my friends are very important to me!
