My Goals:
Life is a journey and not a destination. So I need to get rolling to lose weight, try/cook new recipes and again hit the ground running with all positive tools available to me.

What a great question, what is my program? I know what I need to do and this is how I will achieve each one:

Journal the following:
fitness minutes, Gym time 4-5 days a week/2 hour intervals/Walks/Hikes/Hot Yoga
food intake ~4/300 calorie meals mainly fruit/vegies
daily feelings~very important for personal growth and to measure my progress on goals towards my successful journey.
I always have to set the bar higher.
