My mother pointed out some sores on my feet a couple of weeks ago. She asked if they were from some shoes and I told her yes, that was the case. A few days later I recieved a letter saying I was pre-diabetic and that if I didn't change I was going to be diabetic. That was a wake-up call. Being diabetic is not an option for me. I will not do it. I have to change. This is my last chance.
