Creating a healthy lifestyle!

Life is a wild ride, rather like the roller coasters I crave! I love the smooth, sleek, fast roller coasters and that's how I want this ride to health and fitness - smooth, sleek and FAST!

I don't like the rickety old coasters that jar you around--that's how I began the healthy lifestyle journey - jarring myself around and coming to rickety sudden stops.

Tuesday: Strength and 30 min cardio
Wednesday: day off Thursday: 20 min of cardio
Friday: Strength training and 45 min cardio
Saturday and Sunday 1 hour of cardio each
3. I'm tracking my food intake, exercise weight and measurements
