My Goals:
To do a cartwheel in perfect form.

To climb a pole and learn inverted tricks.

To lose every bit of the tumor weight and have a powerful muscular body that reflects my work, regardless of numbers and inches.

My Program:
I follow the spark orders cardio every other day, weight training every other day. Coupled with alot of dancing, strength training, stretching to get better at it.

With as much cardio thrown in on off days along with pilates.
I eat what I want so I don't go nuts.
