Get a Yoga Body ( I do understand that involves practicing yoga again, one thing at a time)

I give myself very good advice......
But I very seldom follow it......

Im starting over again. As you can see my pep talk from last May did NOT work. I checked out. However, some progress:

I DID learn to run. I did not keep it up consistently, but I can still run better now than before I started. I had started C25K last month and was doing good, then got strep and was sick as a dog and it took me 2 weeks to fully recover.

My new goals are:
C25K
Jillian 30 Day Shred
Zumba Sundays

That is so sweet, but I am nothing to brag about... sometimes I can't even do the level 1 WOD and have to modify it further. I have a friend at my box who is an RN educator! Interesting!

Girl, you can yell your self-love at me anytime! LOL It makes me happy to hear you being resolute and not letting him get to you. He's just being insecure, but that isn't anything you can fix for him.

Gosh, Daphne.. how dare you be happy?! The nerve!

I mean, essentially that's what he's saying, right? So yeah, let him be crazy by himself. You don't have to play into it. In other words.. "Try this trick and spin it, yeah"
