After having three kids, I really want to get back to my pre pregnancy weight/shape. I find myself thinking back and wishing myself back to that. I know that will take a lot of work, so that's why I joined (and keep coming back) to Sparkpeople. This community is absolutely amazing. I work full-time as a cook at a Pizza restaurant.
I'm always in need of motivation, so that's what I'm looking for. I really just feel inadequate most of the time, and I can't stand that.

Maybe it's all in my head.. but I doubt it. Every picture I look at with myself in it, I just put it down and roll my eyes and say "ugh." I feel like someone jolly whose face is always big and red. LOL. I like being jolly.. but without the Santa features. I laugh, a lot. I also love music, a lot. I don't feel I can function without either of those.
I would also love nothing more in the world to establish good eating habits for my girls so they don't get to where I am and feel this way, ever. I know society has become harsher over time. It was harsh in my time and I know it will be 20x worse on them in their time. I want them to feel just awesome about themselves. Plus, actually be healthy and lead to healthy futures(without heart disease and obesity, and everything common now days).

My Program:
Staying within my calorie range. Not eating absolute crap(fast food).
drinking water and milk, hardly ever juice and never sodas. To make my own dinner and not rely on canned/boxed foods.

Hi Shayla, and welcome to Leaving 170-ville! Heh-heh...I see we have the same tracker. Mine is for the Winter Solstice---it's my Anniversary.

I was a professional cake decorator and baker for a year in NYC---it's hard work!! (And hard not to taste stuff on the job, except I find most icing disgusting.)

Good luck reaching your goals. You can do it! Baby steps!
