No excuses in 2010!!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lost at least 20 lbs. I plan to meet these goals by doing the following: - stay within my Spark calorie range. - drink around 12 glasses of water per day. - try to be below 2600 mg sodium per day. - burn at least 200 calories with cardio 6x a week - do strength training 3x a week - try to get at least 7 hours sleep per night. Weight loss goals: 150 - April 26 145 - May 26 140 - June 26 135 - July 26 130 - August 26 125 - September 26
My Program:
I am training myself to do a 5k run...which I thought would be a great way to get myself back into cardio and jumpstart my weight loss. I found a great podcast on itunes that talks you through the training week by week for 9 weeks. I am also doing strength training 3 days a week. The supplements I am currently taking: - Womens multi-vit - Omega 3/fish oil - Tonalin CLA - Acai Berry - Citrical Bone Density Builder w/ Calcium & Vit D - Glutamine

I was just married and am looking forward to getting my body back into amazing shape before we start trying to have a family.

-January 1, 2010- BMI: 27.5 BF%: 38% Lean Body Mass: 96.41 lbs Body Fat: 58.59 lbs My goal is to cut the body fat weight in half. My ideal LBM is 107 w/BF of 23. And my ideal BMI is around 20-22. UPDATE -January 28, 2010- BMI: 26.2 (-1.3) BF %: 31.9% (-6.1%) Lean Body Mass: 100.79 lbs (+4.38) Body Fat: 47.21 lbs (-11.38)
