Starting again...not over, just again

Lost my footing a bit in 2009 had lost 70+ lbs and gained back about 40 of those. Noticing bad habits are affecting the youngest and even notice that age is having alot to do with the metablism of my hubby. That said we started the new year with a new gym membership for all three of us and are steadily working towards making it a habit to be there once a day. My Program:
Eat smaller meals more often including a protein shake in the morning after the visit to the gym. Spend an hour or more a day doing cardio.

Huge fan of music movies and books. Pretty much anything I can get my hands on.

I noticed that we had similar backgrounds-- I have lost and gained back-- and I am going to try and train for a 5K this spring-- I was hoping we could be friends and inspire each other. I joined Spark this week and am new to the site but I am finding all kinds of inspiration.
