Hey everyone~

My name is Natalie, I'm nearly 28 years old, currently living in Surrey (close to Vancouver), BC, Canada with my amazing, loving boyfriend and super cute kitties. I started out at 185, got down to the mid 160's, stayed there for quite a while, but I'm now right back up to 182. Of course I'm extremely disappointed in myself that I'm now right back at square one, but I know that I'm the only one that can change that. I'm going to work hard to get back to the 160's, then past that into the 140's.

As of now, I will restart counting my calories, cut out 95% of the junk I've been eating FAR too often, go down to the gym 4-5 times a week and be the best me I can be.

I'm also back after re-gaining some of what I lost - gaining weight is frustrating, but at least we came BACK! Here's to a new year and getting healthier every day. :)

I really understand where you are coming from. I lost weight and was at a healthy and reasonable weight and then gained it all back and an EXTRA pound (that really smarted). Welcome back to SP. With a little effort we'll both get where we want to be. :)

Thank you so much for the comment on my blog. Planning is definitely something I'm going to have to work harder at. I think making a big batch is a great idea, that way when I'm in the mood to do it, I can and will have a meal for when I'm feeling lazy.
