My Goals:
I need to lose weight so that I can reduce or eliminate some of my meds. Heart disease runs in my family big time, and my siblings and I have been put on notice that we need to take our heart health seriously. Very seriously.
My Program:
I've finally got my treadmill, so no more excuses! Now that summer is almost here I will be able to exercise almost every day! Weights: 2-3 times/week, 30 minutes each session. Aqua jogging:1-2 times/week, 60 minutes each class. Treadmill: 2 times/week, 30-45 minutes each. Eliptical machine : 2-3 times/week, 35 minutes each. Personal trainer: 2 times a week, 30 minutes each.

Favorite Saying: God may not come when you want him to - but he'll always be on time!
