Wife, Mother of 3, and Student

Hi! I'm Stephanie! I am married with three small children. I have really put on weight. It started with the babies, but it escalated because of poor eating and little to no exercise. My goal for 2013 is to weigh 140 lbs by the end of the year. In 2012, I lost 18 lbs!

Also, for anyone who is interested, the picture I used as my background is of the Tower Bridge in London, England.

My Goals:
1) Weigh 140 lbs.

2) Get all the photobooks made up online

3) Do my morning and evening routines every day.

My Program:
Recently, I was sick for two weeks. This resulted in a set back because I didn't workout (although I lost 10 lbs from not eating)! So, I am going to start back slowly.

Diet: Track everything I eat.

Exercise: 30 minutes a day. This can be anything, including playing Just Dance 3 on the Wii.

Personal Information:
My name is Stephanie. I am happily married and have three amazing kids (Tiana - 10, Siera - 8, and Remington - 6). I am currently studying for my Masters/EdS in Educational Psychology/School Psychology.

Other Information:
I am a huge sci-fi geek. I love Doctor Who, Torchwood, Primeval, Sherlock, Being Human (the British version). Firefly, BSG, Eureka, and too many others to list here! I love going to scifi conventions with my husband!

Thanks for the comment. I've been watching a lot of Dr Oz and he recommend an herb called Saffron Extract to help curb your cravings. So I'm going to the Health Food Store on Friday to see if I can find some. emoticon emoticon
