Been on SP since about 08.
I am trying to tone up, lose some weight. By trying to eat healthier and hopefully with more correct portions and to exercise more.
Looking for Sparkfriends.....

Theme is: Accountability!
I will try to walk a minimum of 3 day a week. And cardio about 3 days a week.
Protein shakes, smoothies and watching what I eat.
I plan on walking with other cardio and strength/toning exercises.
Using Sparkpeople, Fitbit, Misfit etc to track exercise regimen, steps and nutrition.
Goal is to work out 4 days a week. And to become as active in my daily life as possible.
