The Big Race
Hi, My name is Marilynn and I'm from Red Oak ,Tx. I've had weight issues all my life and its a constant battle. I had a Lap Band placed in 2009 and lost 112 lbs. In 2011 I had to have it removed. Now my helper is gone and I'm all on my own. Its very scary to think that all the weight I lost could find me again. Trying real hard to keep it off.

My Goals:
Get healthy,feel better ,have more energy,make life style changes.I want to be able to enjoy Grandchildren when I get some.I want to walk in a room and not have all eyes on me because i'm over weight..And not have to ask for a table at a restaurant.
My Program:
I am eating healthy foods and counting calories.Portion control. Walking for exercise at this time.

My name is Marilyn and I'm from Dallas Texas.I'm 45 years young,I'm married and have one son.He now is 18.And I have two pugs,Maci and Madi.They are my daughters.I LOVE PUGS.PUGS RULE!
Other Information:
I love Nascar.My favorite driver is Kasey Kahne.I also like drag car racing and dirt track racing too.I love country music.Some day I would like to go horseback riding in West Texas through the Davis Mountains.Country girl at heart.
