Def. get back to me if you don't find what you want on Etsy. Also check for potters in your area. You may live just a mile or two from a potter or pottery studio (in a city recreation center maybe?) who can lead you in the right direction. Thanks for your support! Email me if you choose to buy Canadian. I can even tell you approx how much shipping might be on a lidded mug. Here's my email address: LM@LMSerafin.com
Have a groovy weekend and keep on walkin' and waterin'!

I do make mugs like that. :-D I'm all sold out of them currently, but making more stuff soon. The thing is I'm in Canada and shipping to the U.S. is fairly expensive cuz pottery is somewhat heavy. But if you REALLY like my pottery it would be worth it. My prices are reasonable and the Canadian dollar sucks, which is great if you live in the U.S.

challenges like the BL that we're doing plays a big part in me staying motivated. It helps to know people are keeping me accountable. I set up charts and personal challenges as well to keep me on track.

currently we live in IL. I was raised in IN, however, since being married we lived in NE for many years, so that feels most like home.

For exercise I enjoy running (actually jogging with walking intervals) and step aerobics. I would love to take some dance lessons if they were available.

You mentioned about the fitbit tracking steps. How does it track other types of exercise?

Dang! Guess I won't be stalking you as I'm quite a bit north of you. My son and his wife live in Silicon Valley and my daughter, son in law and granddaughter live just north of Santa Cruz. My husband is on Spring break (still teaching after 38 years) so we came out to visit.
I love ice cream as well and have to avoid bringing it into the house! I also have to avoid letting the car turn into any ice cream parlors!! It's so addictive. Chocolate is also a bad one for me. For exercise these days it's mostly walking but I am wanting to get back into the pool as I feel so very good when I do lap after lap. I swam competitively all the way through college an even though that was eons ago it still makes me feel so very young and athletic.

You are positively hilarious about using your fitbit! I LOVE how competitive you are with your group of friends. I know I would be the same way as I hate losing. lol How long have you been competing with this group of friends? I have a good friend who received one at Christmas and one night at book club she got up and started walking around and walking in place. She said she had to pass her sister on her fitbit. She was doing the same thing as you but not quite to the same extreme!!! I love your attitude. What do you do to get the steps? Is it all walking or can you do other activities?

You're from CA?????? Cool. I'm waiting for a plane and will be there tonight! My son and his wife live in Silicon Valley and my daughter, son in law and granddaughter live in Boulder Creek. Where do you live. (No, I won't stalk you. lol Not enough hours in the day for that.)
