    The training can be tough, but there's nothing like your first 5K! I found it helps if I set a goal like "run the whole thing without walking" or one like "do a 5k under __ minutes". There are also some great "walk-to-run" programs out there - have you looked at any of them?

    I'm thinking about running a 5k in June - when are you training for?
