Hi, I'm Chloe!
I'm a 21yr old student, British and I live in Kent.
I'm trying to change my habits for good..and drop a few pounds in the process!
I've suffered from eating disorders in the past so I really want to change for good, trying to drop the all or nothing mentality and focussing on small changes.

My Goals:
- Lose 20-30 pounds (depending on where I feel comfortable)
I have a small frame so a little bit of pudge really shows on me!

- Quit smoking (date to be decided)

- Be more active generally by walking more and getting off my bum!

- Feel good about myself no matter what my weight.

- Be able to wear (non-baggy) jeans and not feel like everyone is looking at my thighs!

- To get into THAT miniskirt that I only fitted into for 6 months!



My Program:
- Nutrition -
1200-1500 calories per day

Get in lots of protein!
Minimum refined sugars and white carbs
Avoid artificial sugar
Avoid processed foods

- Fitness -
3-5 days at the gym
2-4 days walking/non-gym

MON - burn 300 cals at gym, 20 mins core strength at home
TUE - burn 300 cals at gym, 20 mins upper body conditioning at gym
WED - walk for minimum 30 mins, combination strength at home
THU - walk for minimum 30 mins, be active generally
FRI - burn minimum 300 cals at gym, lower body conditioning at gym
SAT - Be active (usually work so on my feet for 8 hours)
SUN - Be active - energetic activity for at least 30 mins

I study art and live with my boyfriend and our guinea pigs - who are supercute and hilarious. :)
