Continuing effort......

I am such a yo-yo when it comes to the Spark thing! But regardless of my dedication to the website itself, i stay continually dedicated to all that I have learned through it! My exercise is a constant struggle, but my eating habits are forever altered from months of tracking my food and finding what i did wrong!

I have had to totally resign myself to my blood pressure meds, since diet and eating habits did not fix it. But still boycotting the cholestoral meds, as i really think ...

Sept 08: 163 pounds 31.5" waist 41.5" hips
Oct 08: 159 pounds 31" waist 40.5" hips
Nov 08: 158 pounds 30.5" waist 39.5" hips
Dec 08: 156 pounds 29.5" waist 39" hips

okay, the holidays were unkind! Now that I just did measurements I am angry with myself and have to get those numbers back down! grrrrrr

Mar09: Kinda fell off spark, but hit 149 mid-month!

My Goals:
April 2009 - weight down, though I don't have a number in mind. Trying to keep myself healthy and battle blood pressure, sugar, thyroid and cholesterol issues

My Program:
Keeping my food intake all in balance, watching the fats. I also need to force myself to EXERCISE!!!!!!

Ok, you're right! As I was huffing and puffing carrying groceries from my garage to my house and then running back to the garage I thought..." This should soooo count towards cardio!!" I guess it is just being more conscious about what I do and try to step it up notch!! Rock on!

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my page. Yes, I do belly dance. I have been taking lessons since October. I work with a lady that teaches the classes, so as a spark get together for my local team, I planned belly dancing. Quite a few showed up for the initial free class and a few of us just LOVED it and have continued taking lessons. It's a great deal of fun, great exercise and just a nice change. No guys allowed...it's definately all GIRL TIME!! I don't yet consider myself a belly dancer, but I'm working on it. I'm still very much a student. There are alot of different styles and we are focusing on Egyptian style dancing. If you are interested, I say go for it. I'm glad that I did!!

Ok, so if I can't track for strength training that means that those 36 minutes per day next week ALL have to be cardio!?! Quick, call an ambulance!
