Continuing effort......

I am such a yo-yo when it comes to the Spark thing! But regardless of my dedication to the website itself, i stay continually dedicated to all that I have learned through it! My exercise is a constant struggle, but my eating habits are forever altered from months of tracking my food and finding what i did wrong!

I have had to totally resign myself to my blood pressure meds, since diet and eating habits did not fix it. But still boycotting the cholestoral meds, as i really think ...

Sept 08: 163 pounds 31.5" waist 41.5" hips
Oct 08: 159 pounds 31" waist 40.5" hips
Nov 08: 158 pounds 30.5" waist 39.5" hips
Dec 08: 156 pounds 29.5" waist 39" hips

okay, the holidays were unkind! Now that I just did measurements I am angry with myself and have to get those numbers back down! grrrrrr

Mar09: Kinda fell off spark, but hit 149 mid-month!

My Goals:
April 2009 - weight down, though I don't have a number in mind. Trying to keep myself healthy and battle blood pressure, sugar, thyroid and cholesterol issues

My Program:
Keeping my food intake all in balance, watching the fats. I also need to force myself to EXERCISE!!!!!!

A 7% incline OMG! I only do a random setting from 0-1.5%. But then I'm working on increasing my speed but put the random setting for incline in to mimic running outside. I increased my speed slowly with no incline, and I mean slowly like 0.1km/hr. Don't know what that is for miles, sorry - our treadmills work in km! but we still work in miles on the roads - go figure.
