New beginnings...

I used to be committed, I find it hard to keep up with everything. All I can do is continue to try. I lost weight and gained it back, I need to loose the weight again, I need to find myself, I need to be healthy not only for me but for my family too.

hey girl! If you need some motivation, I'm sure I can help. But it is kinda hard when your in college. You know what, we shouldn't make that an excuse....I'm sorry. It is hard, but we are all here to help each other. Just remember too, that it is all about will power. You can do it! Hey, do you still live up in Jersey? I took my kids to Chuck E. Cheese's last weekend. I can't stand that place. It so freaking crowded!
