After having three children, two of whom have autism, running and cleaning our home and all of the the many other things that must be done as a parent - I have found that I no longer recognize myself !
I joined Sparkpeople to help me be able to find the time and personal support to help focus on myself and my weight goals - and eventually feel more like the person I once was.

I'm so super excited to welcome you to our great and wonderful group of friends! If you're ready to shed those pounds or inches, and make some awesome progress and friendships, you found the right Team!!! We concentrate on our positives and our super great friendships and, by doing so, we strengthen ourselves in that wonderful area of life, called "stress"-- all while losing those pounds and inches and feeling overall happy and healthy! It's the best!!!

Welcome to Sparks!!! It's great to meet you and I know you're going to love it here! The information and the tracking tools are just the best! And, the friendships that you�ll make � super great! Everyone is supporting one another and what better way to get to that goal than with those great friendships and support along the way! I'm a working Mom too, so I'm with ya there! Life can definitely be hectic and the time we are able to concentrate and work on our own health, tends to get pushed behind -- but congrats to you on making the decision that this is your time! It's probably one of the best decisions you have ever made for yourself!! I know it was for me -- so stay determined and motivated -- this is your time, Mom! We can do it for ourselves and for our families! Health and Happiness all the Way!!
