Starting to see the difference!

My name is Christine and I am a 27 year old single mother of a seven-year old little boy. Growing up, I was always the thin one in my family. High school was when I started to gain weight. After my son was born in 2003, I was about 190 lbs. Now, 7 years later, I am still not far from where I was right after he was born.

My Goals:
Eating healthier is my number one goal.

1st Goal of 2011: Reach 185 by March 14th.

Final Goal for 2011: Reach target weight by November, 2011, for trip to Mexico!!

Goal for Life: Maintain a healthy weight and continue to eat right and exercise.

My Program:
I am trying to stay within 1200-1450 calories a day, while also keeping my sodium down, and meeting all of my other goals. I am staying away from soda and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Trying to reach 2500 calories burned per week.

Personal Information:
My name is Christine and I am 27 years old. I was born and raised in New Castle, Delaware, and currently reside in Wilmington, Delaware. I have a seven year old son named Donovan who is my world. Sometimes it is hard to find the time to workout when you are caring for a child on your own, but now that he is getting older, it has become a little easier. He is only seven, but I told him about what I want to accomplish and he is being very encouraging!!

Other Information:
My biggest distraction with trying to watch what I eat is Ice Cream. Ice Cream is one of those things that I wish didn't exist, because it is so good, and so hard to resist.

My plan is to avoid Ice Cream at all costs this year. We will see how I do! - - - I have been doing pretty good with the Ice Cream. I don't buy it, and only occasionally have it at my parents. So far, so good!

HI!! My name is Ashley and I read your intro and I can totally relate to you!! I was skinny and fit in highschool (I still thought I was fat...idk what I was thinking) and then got pregnant and haven't lost my weight either and its been 9 years. Best of luck to you on this journey!!
