    Congrats on the 12.5 lbs. Stay with the RVL, you are getting an amazing amount of nutrition with that system! I started the program early Novemberand have had many interruptions and am still losing weight. Just spent a week in Maui...took the RVL with me, only replaced one meal a day and of course, ate and drank too many bad things while there...did not gain! So it kept me steady.
    Do you execise at all? Highly recommend it, especially if you are losing weight rapidly. That way you get the tone that is needed so there is no saggy skin. I go to Curves 3 days a week. I saw another person recommended P90X...that is too extreme for me, I love Curves...you can always get a free week to try it out. I also am 58 years old...LOL

    Thanks for the comment on my blog! So far I am loving P90X! I would recommend it for anyone who wants to challenge themselves to push themselves further... but I don't know that I would recommend doing just the work - I really believe the meal plan is important as well and the food is super filling and delicious! As I mentioned in my blog, I am full and so far (8+ days now) not had any cravings or felt like I was hungry...
