Someday I'll be healthy
So this is my second attempt with SparkPeople. Ironically, my last blog was exactly one year ago today talking about my fear that I would stop. I actually did pretty good until the weather got nice this summer. I stopped going to the gym and sat on the deck drinking beer instead (the gym was supposed to offset these bad habits - whoops!). Yep, it was pretty awesome. But now I must refocus and re-energize myself! I CAN DO IT!

My Goals:
I want to be able to climb more than a single flight of stairs and still be able to talk. I want to lose 10-15lbs, but my ultimate goal is to have a more fit body. I just want to be more healthy...whatever that means.
My Program:
Well, I continue to try to eat better. I am trying to work out more & get more out of what I'm doing. Going to do at least 2 strengthening & 2 cardio classes each week.
Personal Information:
I'm from Wisconsin originally, but have lived in Minneapolis for the past 3+ years. There are few things I enjoy more than hanging out on the deck with friends and a cold beer...which is what got me here. :P
