Good to hear from you - I was wondering where you went!! I hear you about disliking food you used to like. I ate shrimp every day during R1P2 and did not come close to touching it on R1P3!!! could not stand the site of it. Same with all the veges allowed on P2....
Hang in there - I am surprised your P2 lasted so long but you have had good results, especially with the cheats..... good for you!! I did 7 week of R1P2, 6 weeks of R1P3, and am on 6th week of R2P2 and have lost a total of 41#...... so you are doing well in my book!
I bought the shakes you recommended but did not have the guts to try them while on Hcg..... I have had such a hard time losing it concerned me. But I will use them in P3 and see what is what......

I saw your post about the shake mixes - thanks for the info. How are you taking them and how often? Do you drink them with milk or water and do you do them straight or mix them with something like flavoring, berry or something? I would appreciate the information. Thanks 2739 days ago
I am glad you checked in, I was wondering where you ran off to! You are doing great! I am about 12 days into R2 and I agree, there is a little adjustment again but for me, it is not nearly as bad as it was for the first round! Then again, I did not introduce sugars or starch back in during P3 except for 3 times and 2 of those times was during load.
You started about 2 weeks after me and we are currently at the same loss so I am truly impressed (and a little envious).... keep it up and good for you!!! 2746 days ago
