Hi! Just checking in on your progress. I know you have been super busy but I wondered how you were doing with the healthy stuff.. and seeing your lil guy on the ticker looks like you lost 8lbs already. That's awesome. Can you believe it's already been a month. I'm barely budging any loss here... but doing enough good that I'm not gaining what I have lost so far back... still at 11lbs down.. and need to step it up.... but I am having a hard time exercising because I injured my ankle... well it's an on-going injury for the past 5 years.. comes and goes...seems to be worse in the winter :( Good luck on the move this Sat... wish I could help somehow :( PS... the one group I belong to has a 5 week weight loss challenge up .. starting next Monday for 5 weeks... the Christmas (keep the weight off challenge) I know that you won' be able to get to it due to the move... but maybe consider their next one which will probably be for New Years. I am so surprised, I started last week at 226 and this first week I am now down to 219. I know we have ups and downs, don't get upset if you go up. Just have to re-adjust and it will melt away. My sugars are really coming down. From being in the upper 200's or above and now only being in the mid to upper 100's, heck I don't know when I have had blood sugars at that level for almost a week in my life!

I am up 2lbs. I weighed myself yesterday and today and it's the same.. Argghh!!! I did do a lot of bad eating this week.. plus I'm just getting over the menstrual thing. Daily renewal... hoping for a better week this week.. trying to go back to recording everything I eat on here that way I'm sticking to it.
