Thanks for getting back to me! I find I do best keeping with a routine if I work out in the mornings. However, I like to get to school early so that would mean I'd need to wake up around 4:30-4:45. I don't know if I can do it! I will have to try!

Hi there, I was looking at your page and noticed your weight loss marker. I love it! and was wondering if I could steal how you've done your weight? I lost the majority of my weight before SP and don't want that part on my scale! LOL
You are where I so desparately want to be....at goal weight. I have started and restarted so many times that I sometimes just want to throw up my hands and say "forget it!!" I have a close friend who is also my sparkbuddy and he refuses to "allow" me to give up.
How did you do it? Staying motivated that is. I start out with good intentions, then life, kids, work, etc step in and I get off track. Aaargh!
