My goals are continuing to create a healthier lifestyle & of course a smaller waistline!
Going from 253 to 160 or 150. Wow. What a high!
My tools for doing this include nutrition, exercise and education.
To meet my goals, I'm a member of Weight Watchers.
Spark People & its pages are also major contributors to my fitness goals.
I work out everyday at varying levels.
In my previous life, I swore I'd never run unless being chased by a dog!
I discovered my jock in my mid 30's...and there's no looking back!
I spin, run 5Ks, do the elliptical, lift weights, walk, take tennis lessons, row, do the stair master and now recently, am investigating pillates at home.
I'm also looking at nutrition as a way for my body to perform at its optimum level.
Fiber is my friend!
Health is wealth.
