Yay for crossing your 3250 Fitness Minutes! Hopefully I will get up there soon! I feel good after my work out which is good, not so sore. Even after a crummy day the other day I stuck to my diet and my work out so I feel good.

Don't be too discouraged Caity! I ate three oreo cookies last night, which put me a little over my calorie intake for the day, but they tasted oh so good! I am resisting the urge to eat the entie packet of them that are mocking me as they sit on the kitchen counter! emoticon
