I am working to be healthy and happy again. I want to not be afraid to do things because of my size. If I want to ride a rollercoaster, I don't want to be afraid that the safety device won't fit. I want to live again.
I am trying to work out a minimum of 30minutes five times a week with two of those days being weight training. I am also trying to work on portion control.

Awesome for you to not drink the second time around! I have been pretty good this year at NOT drinking or at least preparing for it. I am not sure what happened this weekend. Oh well, ya drink and learn :)
Donít wave at me blog: Ok thank-you. I generally feel okay walking late at night here because there are usually lots of people walking their dogs in the same places, but early in the morning, its a bit different. There will be more light hours soon though. It didnít get light until about 9am today.
