Just Do It

I'm trying to get past all of my excuses, and just do it! Eating right and exercising are my goals, and I need to work to get where I want to be.

I'm finding it harder to eat right and exercise as a stay at home mom, as I'm often distracted by my little one, but I want to be healthy and be a good role model for him.

I am also dairy-intolerant, so I'm trying my best to find good foods without the dairy, while still enjoying my favorite foods.

My Goals:
I'm looking to lose 30 pounds, and I want to get in better physical shape. My goal is to run a 5K in June/July of 2016. (I would love to be able to run the entire race!)

My Program:
I'm starting slow with drinking my 8 glasses of water every day, 10 minutes of exercise, and tracking my food intake. I will be walking a lot, and then adding in light jogging/running until I build up to running a mile.

I'm trying to make reasonable goals so I don't get discouraged.
